Catch some great island vibes and enjoy dazzling views from the patio at this popular cafe, once home to the historic Compass Point recording studios. The menu features a delicious selection of Bahamian, Caribbean and exotic entrees, appetizers, desserts and more for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Try the classic Bahamian favourite boil' fish with Johnny cake or eggs benedict florentine for brunch. For lunch, sink your teeth into Studio Cafe's succulent B-52 Burger, savour the spicy vegetarian wrap or opt for a fresh-made salad. Must-tries for dinner include the BBQ lobster taco served with guacamole and sour cream, braised lamb shank with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and peanut chicken satay, served with rice noodles and chopped cilantro. Kids can also enjoy their own menu selection such as spaghetti Bolognese, mahi mahi, fish fingers, chicken fingers or the cheese pita pizza. Bar menu offers tasty nibbles from 3-6pm. Be sure to leave room for dessert-you won't want to pass on Studio Cafe's warm pina colada duff or the guava cheesecake. Drink list features an extensive selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wines, coffee, tea and signature drinks. Open Mon & Wed-Sun 11am-10pm, closed Tues. Reservations suggested for dinner. Happy hour Fri 5-8pm with drink specials and bar menu food. Mixed entertainment varies from live live music, Junkanoo rush-outs, open mic and DJs.
